We just held our 2nd womens seminar this past Saturday.  It was a great event.  I want to thank everyone for attending and I hope to have you back for more seminars in the future.  we had around 15 ladies and most of them had never done anything like this before.  I was impressed on how much fighting spirit all of these women had.  It is so important in todays world to be empowered and have basic skills to fend off a would be attacker.  Thanks again and we will see you next time.
