We had a Black Belt Prep seminar today. around 10 kids showed up all brown and red belts. they all looked so good. we worked on our kickboxing sets, ground fighting and forms. I can’t believe how fast some of these kids have grown up. a few of the kids have been with me for 6 years. way to go guys and gals. i am proud of you. we will do another seminar in a month or two.
